Pre-Contest Meeting
– 3/26/20 at 9:00 am sharp. Recommend that you are on campus by 8:45 am. At
the Davis Tech Cafe.
Contest will begin
at 9:30 am on 3/26/20 at the Davis Tech Campus.
Contestant will prepare a to perform the duties of a dining room server
as well as seating host/hostess. Download and review the General Regulations at: http://updates.skillsusa.org.
Each contestant will have 60 minutes (20 minutes for table setup and 40 minutes from introducing themselves to guest check presentation). One tableside service must be completed. Only one will be ordered from the guest.
REMINDER:
As a reminder and to be consistent with the other culinary
related contests – we ask that each school provides: We ask that each school provides prizes for
each placement (post-secondary 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

will be putting all of these prizes together for the winners.
